Recently came into a situation where it was time to say farewell to my car, and the Dorsett team stepped up and accommodated my needs by reviewing inventory at their TH location and bringing over whatever I was interested in. They worked with me in a very short time period to provide very affordable and competitive pricing for a newer vehicle. Tom Kenner, General Manager, personally got involved to insure my satisfaction. We were treated like locals! My husband and I are from Utah, we were visiting family in Indiana. Our car was making an odd noise in the front end. I called a couple of places to have it looked at and Dorsett seemed to be the best fit for us. When we arrived we were told the repair was going to take a couple of hours. They were very accomodating, they gave us bottled water and coffee and offered to pick us up some lunch while we waited. They explained exactly what they would do and how much it would cost. They truly made us feel like locals and that they valued our business. More

Great service! I went in to get a warranty repair on my vehicle and had two hours to utilize shopping because I’ve been looking for a new vehicle anyway. The staff at this location is great, helpful, and wants the customer to be satisfied. I left with a new vehicle, not as a sales pitch, but because they helped me to find something that suited what I was looking for. Ryan Walton was very helpful in finding a vehicle that met my wish-list, and Shawn Walton added to this service giving me an idea of my ballpark figure. Ryan also let me leave with a vehicle that I never would have looked at on my own and I appreciate this. I have the features I wanted at the price I wanted, which I wouldn’t have without his help. Jeff helped all of us on the financial side and I got more than I ever expected with the warranty benefits at the best value. Dorsett wasn’t my first choice, but I’m glad that I took the time to work with them, and will definitely be my first choice in the future (hopefully working with these three). More

Very pleased! Came in for just an oil change, and got out for less than $70!! Usually pay $100. plus so this was a welcome change! While waiting in customer lounge, the owner himself walked through and stopped to talk to make sure all was OK, and just to visit. This was a treat for me as I never expected to meet the owner who was a player in Major League Baseball for several years! I cannot recall ever at any dealership I have been to ever being asked by the dealer himself how everything was going, much less taking the time to visit and "talk shop"! Shane and Ryan in Service were both helpful as well, polite and professional! More
