Service I Have been coming there alittle over 6 years now They have a awesome Shop team The shop is great they take the time to listen to you and even if y I Have been coming there alittle over 6 years now They have a awesome Shop team The shop is great they take the time to listen to you and even if you dont have a appointment and you have something going on with your vehicle They have taken the time to take a ride with me to listen to see if they could fiquire it out I have done this 2 times now and both times they knew exactly what is was They have been excellent They are very pleasant and kind I will be going there for many more years More

Great service! I went in to get a warranty repair on my vehicle and had two hours to utilize shopping because I’ve been looking for a new vehicle anyway. The staff a I went in to get a warranty repair on my vehicle and had two hours to utilize shopping because I’ve been looking for a new vehicle anyway. The staff at this location is great, helpful, and wants the customer to be satisfied. I left with a new vehicle, not as a sales pitch, but because they helped me to find something that suited what I was looking for. Ryan Walton was very helpful in finding a vehicle that met my wish-list, and Shawn Walton added to this service giving me an idea of my ballpark figure. Ryan also let me leave with a vehicle that I never would have looked at on my own and I appreciate this. I have the features I wanted at the price I wanted, which I wouldn’t have without his help. Jeff helped all of us on the financial side and I got more than I ever expected with the warranty benefits at the best value. Dorsett wasn’t my first choice, but I’m glad that I took the time to work with them, and will definitely be my first choice in the future (hopefully working with these three). More

Polite sales staff I walked in to look at a new Ford Explorer I met the General Manager he was extremely friendly and helped me, until a salesman was free. 3am and broke down The tow truck driver recommended Dorsett for my repairs. The people at the dealership got my car in diagnosed and repaired by 11am. I was 9 hours from home and on a tight deadline to return to work. The service manager Shaye kept me informed and was able to have the work completed quickly and efficiently. More
