Excellent Customer Service I was in for service for my 2016 Azera with Mary. While waiting for that to be done I was speaking with Shane with whom I’ve purchased 4 vehicles from I was in for service for my 2016 Azera with Mary. While waiting for that to be done I was speaking with Shane with whom I’ve purchased 4 vehicles from. We ran some numbers, took a test drive and I wound up coming back the next day to trade in my 2016 Azera and a 2009 Sonata that was my Father’s who passed away this past December. Shane understood my emotional attachment to the old Sonata and made my day with the beautiful 2020 Palisade.
