Very Professional, no "typical shady car salesmenship" We bought Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid from Wilsonvill Subaru. Florencio (Flo) was very helpful, very friendly, nothing pushy, but at the same time offered We bought Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid from Wilsonvill Subaru. Florencio (Flo) was very helpful, very friendly, nothing pushy, but at the same time offered / explained what options are required and what is superfluous. He made sure that we secured the vehicle of our choice and color so that it does not get sold to others till we finished the transaction. On certain things he wanted to double check with the manager before committing to us (instead of typical bait and switch) .He followed up with us later how the vehicle is running etc. when we met him next week in the showroom for some accessories addition. The Wilsonville Subaru facility is fully equipped modern and very comfortable, they have large selection of vehicles, the closed in door massive lot is open to customers to walk around and see. Service department is also very modern with text alerts to phone on readiness etc... If i buy another Subaru it will be from here again. Yes it is true, there is no negotiation but I compared my notes their prices are at par with Costco-auto program give or take. Danielle has a 60min long program to explain the about the vehicle / programs we dont know. This is really good and welcoming. More

Impressive I had a wonderful experience working with Holly Hill. I have medical issues that makes it difficult to get around and had no car to drive to the deal I had a wonderful experience working with Holly Hill. I have medical issues that makes it difficult to get around and had no car to drive to the dealership, and over the phone Holly jumped right in. She picked me up at my house with the car I wanted and took me in. We then of course went over the car and features, went on a test drive, did the paperwork and rode with me back to the house where another employee picked her up. I had requested different tires and another add on. She actually called me and had made the appointment for the work to be done. At the same time I had also noticed some other items that need to be cleaned up, and like before she drove out to my house with a loaner and took my car in. When it was ready, she brought it back and took the loaner. Amazing! Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. If I've had questions Holly has answered those as well as other employees at the main desk or parts. When I have told people about my experience they are impressed., I also got a followup call from Danielle and will be meeting with her for more questions as I understand she is the main contact for such things( haven't had a new car in many years!), but I know Holly will always be there too. You folks have a good thing going with Holly and your entire staff. Holly is professional, well versed in the vehicle, understanding and compassionate. I can't praise her enough. I love my new car! More

Wilsonville Subaru got me the car I wanted I appreciated working with Flo, who listened well to what I wanted. And also a thanks to Seth in parts, who listened to what I wanted and recommended tires that are absolutely fantastic I would 100% recommend Flo and Wilsonville Subaru (I should also add that this dealership is not at all near where I live, but it was definitely worth the drive) More

We Received Excellent Customer Service on our Purchase! We have a Subaru dealership in the small town that we live in, but decided to trade in our old Subaru and purchase our new car from Wilsonville Subaru We have a Subaru dealership in the small town that we live in, but decided to trade in our old Subaru and purchase our new car from Wilsonville Subaru for several reasons. We were feeling a bit hounded from our local Subaru dealer. We did a test drive a few months back, and although they said that they wouldn’t be bothering us, my husband and I began receiving phone messages and emails several times a week from them. When my husband responded to one of the emails and asked for pricing on an Outback, they told him that they wouldn’t do that through email and we just needed to come in. My husband than emailed Wilsonville Subaru with the same question, and instantly received a response from Roree with a quote attached. When we popped in to Wilsonville Subaru on Saturday, we were greeted by Brian Young, introduced to Justin regarding our at the time possible trade in, and from there we worked with Brian the remainder of the time and it was smooth sailing. Brian was knowledgeable, extremely pleasant, and was able to answer all of our questions. We got the exact car that we wanted, we got the value that we expected for our trade in, and we’re Subaru drivers for life! We would definitely go back To Wilsonville Subaru rather than our local Subaru dealer, and we’d definitely ask to work with Brian again. It was a Great experience from start to finish, and we are incredibly satisfied with Wilsonville Subaru’s Customer Service, How accommodating they are and the all around atmosphere. We would Highly Recommend them to our friends or anyone looking to buy a Subaru! More

Great people,great atmosphere I drive by this dealership all the time and often watched the commercials on TV. I was able to get out of work early one day and decided to stop by af I drive by this dealership all the time and often watched the commercials on TV. I was able to get out of work early one day and decided to stop by after being disgusted with the maintenance and operating costs of my girlfriend's 2014 Audi A6. I was greeted at the door by a friendly guy named Brian. I have bought many cars from dealerships all over the Northwest and I gave him the no xxxxxxxx truth, income, credit score and why I was there, Brian immediately started asking questions as to what I was interested in and was more than willing to answer all my questions and to make multiple trips to look at different cars with no complaints. I went home talked to my girlfriend about the cars and we came in to test drive one and she immediately liked it. I'm very glad to have chosen Wilsonville Subaru. If I had to say anything negative about the experience at all is maybe the no haggle pricing, both on the new vehicles and the trade. I realize that this is becoming industry standard with people being able to shop and buy nearly everything including cars from home on the internet but it's a change from 20+ years of experience with dealerships. I think it's actually perhaps better because you don't have to spend hours getting beaten into a deal that you really don't want and listening to xxxxxxxx like "we want to sell this for month end numbers" or my manager is going to be pissed if I ask for this price but I will try etc.... More

Seth found the last set of wheels I wanted in the entire COUNTRY, and worked out a deal to get them here ASAP. No pressure, so goofy sales tactics, no BULL! I dealt with just one person for the *entire* process, and it was awesome! I highly recommend Wilsonville Subaru and Nora for anyone needing a new car. More

From just a service visit, I ended up buying a new car-the same model. Subaru fits my family lifestyle. Longevity, all weather & terrain, safety (kiddo), affordable, mpg and to top it off-it’s beautiful with stylish add-on’s. Don’t let me forget to mention the dealership had the low pressure, extremely aultrustic employees who went above and beyond to make sure every part of the car and sale were to our comfort and capacity. The very specific car I wanted was not immediately available, but through fast actions on the part of Derek and Keith, they we’re able to have it available to me within 24 hours, and certified pre-owned! It doesn’t get any sweeter than that! In short, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase (and I thought my last experience at a different dealership was good). I would do it again in a heartbeat and will recommend this location to my friends and family. More
