I am so very pleased with my 2017 Outback. Karen Escajeda was the sales associate that moved my wife and I through the entire process. Start to finish. There is a difference. All of the concerns I had were met with credible and reliable information. I was also very pleased to see the military flags hung up high. That made both of us feel like we belonged. Karen and the management there were outstanding.
