I LOVE MAZDAS! The best part is Mazda of Palm Beach is two miles from my home! I’ve bought Toyotas, Lexus, Mercedes, Subaru, Ford, and Mazdas. My fav car was a Mazda Tribute that drove forever with absolutely no problems. I bought a great Mazda CX5 less than a month ago at Mazda of Palm Beach. Anytime, you buy a car - new or used - there are always a few kinks to get out. The great thing is this dealership will work hard to resolve any and all issues. That’s rare! Mark Korakas, the Sales Manager, returns calls, answers questions, solves problems, and goes the extra mile to help customers love what they buy. His sales associate, Alex, rocks, too. I’ve never worked with a dealership that is so committed to being fair and honest in transactions. I look forward to driving my latest car for a few years and going back to the same dealership for the same great experience. NIGHTMARE HOUSE OF LIES!  Every corner, they try to lie to you, cheat you and rob you!  FIRST, the listing says the car is in pristine condition so I make an offer conditiona  Every corner, they try to lie to you, cheat you and rob you!  FIRST, the listing says the car is in pristine condition so I make an offer conditional upon the car needing any repairs to be driven well and after tacking on tax and a bunch of different fees, I thought I had a deal.  AN ENTIRE WEEK of waiting and jumping through hoops, while they also TRIED TO ROB ME IN FINANCING by tacking on an extra point from the same bank I got about 1.5% lower which adds up to a lot over 5 years!  So I got my own financing and had a mechanic check out the car where IMPORTANT ISSUES TO DRIVING LIKE BRAKES AND TIRES NEEDED REPLACING!   I was told all repairs would be done at dealer's expense and after the report was tried to be kept from me, I read the report and STILL, they refused to fix issues and let me know that they will just try to take someone else with their bag of lies and bleeding at every corner.  DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING HERE!!!  Their word means less than nothing. WHOLE TIME I FOUND OUT THEY WERE HIDING THAT CAR HAD ACCIDENT! More
