Over the 40 years that I’ve been going to Smythe Volvo I’ve never been given anything but honest and fair advice. I trust them based on experience. Mr. Tom Coward has treated my cars as if they were his own, all the service staff is wonderful. We have dealt with the first-class Smythe Volvo for years and would never go anywhere else. This visit was to buy out my lease and purchase my 2018 XC60 (I would have leased again but Volvo has discontinued and would never go anywhere else. This visit was to buy out my lease and purchase my 2018 XC60 (I would have leased again but Volvo has discontinued my car color & only has boring, pedestrian colors now). Bob Cerza made everything so straightforward and stress free...he was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Also, a shout out to Ernest Gomez in Finance who made a confusing (to me) process go so smoothly and stress free. I had spoken on the phone with both Bob & Ernest & then understood that I was a little uptight about this entire process and they both assured me that it would be a smooth ride and they were both so right!! Thank you so much to Bob, Ernest & Smythe...a great team!! More

I had dealt with 2 other Volvo dealerships in the area I had dealt with 2 other Volvo dealerships in the area and I was not able to have the right car and price I wanted till I came here. My salesman Will I had dealt with 2 other Volvo dealerships in the area and I was not able to have the right car and price I wanted till I came here.
