Erica Tunink did an amazing job of making us feel welcome, understanding our situation, finding vehicles available to purchase, and helping to secure a very fair trade-in value for our low mileage car. And everyone we worked with employed a no-pressure attitude! Erica also did a wonderful job of getting us ready to drive off by explaining a lot of the electronic features of our new Odyssey.
