I recently moved here with my Family, from the Antelope Valley, CA. (my wife and I have 5 children - 4 girls and a boy) Other than the excessive heat, we're enjoying the beauty and cleanliness of Chandler/Gilbert/Queen Creek, AZ! Aside from our children, we love our "furry kids, too! We currently have 6 cats, 3 dogs and a cockatiel. We love our "Subie's" in the family and are currently on our 9th, including our 3rd Outback and an Ascent! He is a professional, friendly salesperson with an approach and attitude that really made me comfortable with the process, answering all my questions and letting me explore the vehicle and my options at my own pace. His experience in the industry and his enthusiasm for Subaru and their products really came across and I think he's a great fit for and contribution to the upbeat and low-pressure atmosphere of this dealership. Thanks also to Rodney Walker who made the paperwork aspect so very smooth and comprehensible as well as Camill Kaminski whose delivery demonstration really helped me to get my bearings on all the really cool features of my new vehicle. Absolutely the best dealer car-buying experience we have ever had. We were fortunate to have worked with Scott Postel for the majority of our transaction. We came in from California and Scott picked us up at the airport, provided an educational test-drive, and handled every aspect of the purchase process with a smile. A shout-out also goes to Rob Daily, General Manager, who was courteous enough to negotiate with us prior to making the trip over. Also, a shout-out goes to the dealership's owner's wife Lisa C. for putting us in touch with Rob and Scott. And Rodney in Finance was also great. If you are thinking about buying a car from this location I highly recommend you ask for Scott Postel - he is patient, low pressure, and one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I cannot rave enough about my experience with Superstore of Chandler and specifically Scott! He was extremely thorough, non-intimidating, and took me on one of the best test drives ever!
