My husband and I agreed working with Mazda of Bedford was the best car buying experience either of us has ever had. Our sales representative, Teddy Ross, was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. love the building, Looks so highend. Best sales experience I have had in the 10 cars I have bought over the years. Sales staff was so friendly and warm, me and my wife met most of the staff during the time at the dealership. Really made us feel a part of a family. This is really a place you would come get a cup of coffee(really good coffee) and hang out with the staff. I'm new to the brand and let me tell you... Mazda is a hidden Gem out of the japanese car brands. Bang for Buck your going to get a quality car with premium features and still be able to keep your light on. More

We purchased a CX-5 Signature. We did not have any high pressure sales tactics during the buying process. Sean had the vehicle ready for review at the time of our appointment. Paperwork and going over veh pressure sales tactics during the buying process. Sean had the vehicle ready for review at the time of our appointment. Paperwork and going over vehicle features took about 90 minutes. I have spent all day at a dealership when purchasing previous vehicles. Thank you all for the best buying experience we have ever had! The best sales experience and follow through. My buying experience began with their extremely pleasant internet sales lady Megan Atkinson. Megan eventually introduced me to my in house sales contact Bill Anton. I have been buying cars for nearly 50 years and I cannot say enough positive things about how Bill handles his clients. Friendly but thorough and professional. Bill does not forget who you are after the sale is made. I had a small chip on the door on the passenger side that I didn't notice until I got home after delivery. Called back for Bill. Bill took a look and in concert with the General Sales Manager Scott Newman they said we will make it right until you are fully satisfied. And then they did just that. Megan, Bill, and Scott. If Mazda is on your list; Go to Mazda of Bedford and ask for Bill. Or if you prefer to shop on line but make sure Megan and Scott hand you off to Bill Anton for the final sale and delivery process. Top Notch Sales Experience The sales executive, Bill Anton, is knowledgeable and polite to deal with. Explained all the features of various models and soon saw what fit us best.
