While I have had positive experiences with different service providers (Jacob Yeh and Mitch Rose), I had a very negative experience with Scott Nemitz. I was told that I would be asked for my authorizati service providers (Jacob Yeh and Mitch Rose), I had a very negative experience with Scott Nemitz. I was told that I would be asked for my authorization before any work is done that would incur costs beyond the diagnostic fee. However, Scott Nemitz told me that I had to pay for new parts already installed in my vehicle without ever asking for my permission to do so. The cost of the parts wasn’t as big of an issue as was the way he communicated with me about it. Scott Nemitz was short with me and condescending, typing words in all caps (e.g. GASKETS), as if I am stupid or cannot read. As a PhD student at UMN and a woman of color, I strongly believe Scott Nemitz wouldn’t have communicated with a man in the same manner in which he responded to me. I think it’s time I take my business elsewhere. More

The Service team took the time to go over with me what was being done and what didn't need to be done. I bought my 2016 Outback here. Last October they replaced the battery. In April car would not start while at a drive through window. Brought it in and dealer said everything fine a Last October they replaced the battery. In April car would not start while at a drive through window. Brought it in and dealer said everything fine and updated software, which should help. Two weeks later car would not start again. Brought it in and all checked out again. Stumped I asked to have replace battery as it has 3-year warranty. They would not do that as battery tested fine and they needed to see it fail. With no other option I will replace battery on my own and buy a portable charger, but in my opinion they should have replaced battery at very least to eliminate that as a source of the failure. Now I’ll drive my 2016 Outback hoping it does not fail again at an inopportune time. They were very professional, just made wrong call for customer service. More

Car was recently purchased and still had dealer's warranty. Everything was covered 100% and service was great. However, their detailing service is definitely lacking with the same dirty area being mi warranty. Everything was covered 100% and service was great. Not the end of the world obviously, but with such a large purchase it would be nice to have a pristinely clean vehicle. More
