'Hands Down' Scott Holerud went out of his way to help me find the right vehicle for my family! Professionalism and friendliness are the two words I would use to describe Scott Holerud. I can't go without mentioning the absolutely helpful finance department! Mike (Finance Manager) was beyond helpful and completely knowledgeable of every detail in the financing. Mike took the time to add a personal touch to the entire financing process. I would assuredly recommend Luther Nissan Kia, Scott Holerud and of course Mike to any one of my family, colleagues or friends! As a matter of fact I already have! I actually had fun buying a car. I came in with a few very specific goals. Escape a decade driving a minvan, roll trade-in car debt into a new loan, get a new or slightly used car with significant warra very specific goals. Escape a decade driving a minvan, roll trade-in car debt into a new loan, get a new or slightly used car with significant warranty, but stay under $300/month. The sales person, david, and sales manager, Neil, worked effectively as a team to present 2 car options. Neil walked practically and simply through why a lease might open other car options given my goals. I wasn't interested in a lease for a variety of reasons. That left one option--Kia Soul, which I like the look of, but wasn't convinced about given its reviews. I left to think about it. They made good use of my time, respected my goals and called with a price option, then called again based on another factor. I took a few days, shopped this option against other dealers, but couldn't beat it in my mind. I returned, my original sales agent was not there, Scott Holerud stepped in, teaming with Neil to pick up where we left off. Neil again ran numbers quickly--telling me how many more dollars I'd need per month over my goal to get to the next cheapest car option. Still worried about the choice, he told me things buyers like about Soul, who it was marketed to/for, but who is buying it, how frequently and how happy they are. Again, very factual, practical and useful information. I finally made the decision, but they didn't have the base car in stock to reach my goals. Neil explored ordering it elsewhere, but finally split the difference on the option they had in stock to make it a possibility. You'd think I was done, but while they got everything ready, Scott checked in to keep my company, suggested I had time to go clean my car out at home and later sat in my new car to teach me the electronics. Michael in finance was equally caring and helpful, running through what my monthly fee looks like with rebates versus various loan choices. I had information to make decisions, rather than an environment I've experienced elsewhere that presents limited options, retains information, and doesn't deal simply in giving you information you need to make decisions for yourself. I felt empowered and respected, and I felt like they actually cared whether my personal goals were met. I left with a car I feel really good about and escaped my decade in a minivan! We highly recommend Luther Nissan Kia and give it the top rating. Joe Ray (used and new car salesman) is the best ever! Every time we go in for servicing Greg, Scott and Adam treat us like very important customers and better yet, like old friends. We have come to trust and really appreciate the honesty and the fine job that the mechanics and everyone involved in the Service Department does. When Joe Ray would see us there he'd always ask if we were having any problems with our cars. When we told him we were just there for servicing he would inquire if we were interested in trading or getting something new/different. If we weren't, he was never pushy and was always so very friendly, polite, and genuinely caring. When buying there is never any haggeling or unpleasant games. It is a pleasure to do business at Luther Nissan Kia. In the past we got a Hyundai from another Luther dealer. We could have had free lifetime oil changes there, but we like Luther Nissan Kia so much more that we paid to take the car there instead. Overall Luther Nissan Kia is an above average dealership, both for finding your perfect car and then for keeping it well maintained. M & D Lee More

Scott was very kind, understanding and patient with me. He made sure that I understood everything that we discussed for a lease and answered my questions thoroughly. I also was impressed with how he set up my phone/blue tooth so that it was working when we left. I am not a technical person, so for me that was huge. Michael was full of energy, very social and efficient with the paper work. My significant other arranged for this to occur on a weekend that I would be there.as I am from Sioux Falls, S.D. There were 4 separate individuals that he spoke with and they all made it happen. I do not know the other individuals as I did not personally deal with them, but want to thank you all for the team work shown. More

My wife and I were looking to get two new cars. Scott and sales managers did a great job of putting together a competitive package. After shopping around at a few other dealers, we found that their original sales managers did a great job of putting together a competitive package. After shopping around at a few other dealers, we found that their original offer was still the most competitive. Plus they let us drive each of the vehicles overnight to make sure we liked them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a Nissan. More
