I was really disappointed with the service dept. Last month I’ll make an appointment due on my issues regarding my A/C , not getting cold ,it was a Saturday I told them go ahead and do diagnose so Last month I’ll make an appointment due on my issues regarding my A/C , not getting cold ,it was a Saturday I told them go ahead and do diagnose so we can pinpoint the real problem is.Then it was a High pressure hose has a leaks. So they can’t do it on that day , we spend (4) hrs. Waiting for that results,Then the advisor told us to come back on the ff. morning and they will take care the problem so we came back on the morning and the people from the service dept.(outside personnel) he told me I don’t have any appointments! So , I waited patiently and then the Sunday advisor told me that I don’t have any appointments, again we explained to him that the yesterday advisor he want us to comeback on the following morning so the mechanics will fix the issues.So it was granted, again we wait patiently for almost 5 hrs. And I checked to the Sunday advisor what’s going , he said that they are short handed for mechanics.for that moment I told him. just give me the invoice for the diagnose.. It was ($250.00).Then after that I called one of the service dept. not you guys since we do have multiple different vehicles.They accept us even do it’s different model and they fixed my A/C problem s with flying colors.My family was loyal to your company for almost (17 years) ,after this incident I don’t think we still coming back and also to my son’s complaints regarding your service dept.He said it was terrible!We will not purchase any cars or make an appointments (Service dept.) on your locations .we will look another Hyundai locations. They didn’t listen to me when I told them I only wanted the fuse replaced because of the recall and nothing else. Told them I had an appointment with my mechanic to deal with the abs light and to not waste the fuse replaced because of the recall and nothing else. Told them I had an appointment with my mechanic to deal with the abs light and to not waste my time trying to sell me anything. Two and a half hours later they bring out an estimate of 1400 dollars for a rear brake job and two sensors replaced, which is rediculous. told me they would have to order the fuse for the recall replacement, why do you schedule an appointment that requires a replacement and not have the parts. Dealerships are all the same, called before the appointment and wanted to appraise my car and to sell a new car. They wasted three and a half hours of my Friday. I’ve only bought one new car my entire life a 1984 Datsun pickup truck all others were used most bought at auction because dealers are such a ripoff. Now I have to go back again for a service that should have been done in one visit. More

They always take forever. They say I can wait for my car, but then it takes four or five hours. Very frustrating. I keep thinking about trading my car to a different dealer so They say I can wait for my car, but then it takes four or five hours. Very frustrating.
