If zero stars were possible that is what this rating would be. We have never experienced such poor service both from the service department and sales department. We have owned a Cadillac for 3 years and would be. We have never experienced such poor service both from the service department and sales department. We have owned a Cadillac for 3 years and routinely used Lindsay for service prior to the pandemic. Last week we took our car in for service and to check a few maintenance concerns and were ghosted for the remainder of the week. No returned calls, no updates, no notification that they would be keeping the car over the weekend. Today, our car is finally ready, and not only did I have to wait 45 minutes for a returned phone call to book a Lyft so that I can come get the car, but then when I called back concerned about the ride not showing up for 30 minutes (which is a very long time for a Lyft) I was treated like I was an idiot and like it wasn’t their problem - directly from the Sales Director himself. I expressed my disappointment with the experience and said I didn’t think we would be coming back and he said “okay no problem” so clearly they do not care about their customers experiences. Don’t waste your time, there are too many other dealerships nearby to deal with this sort of treatment. More

Absolutely horrible experience with the service department Sergio..blamed me for them washing my car with there machine and screwing up my $2000 sealant... Spoke with Sergio's manager explain to hi department Sergio..blamed me for them washing my car with there machine and screwing up my $2000 sealant... Spoke with Sergio's manager explain to him the situation he was arrogant cocky talked down to me and blamed it on me as well that it's my job to tell the gentleman who Parks the car in Spanish not to drive my car through the car wash I should have conveyed that to the Spanish guy who doesn't speak English not to drive my car through the car wash Sergio is racist and I got the vibe from Sergio's manager the same good old boys network More

These folks always do the best job. I will never take my Cadillac anywhere else. I have been coming here for 10 years. They are always fair, honest and reasonable. awesome staff where can I start after bringing my 2005 Cadillac xxx in for service to donna because of my engine light on two days later I receive a call stating my where can I start after bringing my 2005 Cadillac xxx in for service to donna because of my engine light on two days later I receive a call stating my vehicle was ready after waiting a few moments for my vehicle an advisor told me my vehicle was just damaged in the dealership parklot, first I was a little distraught after hearing it because I didn't expect anything like that I had 3 Cadillacs previously in my lifetime and always come out here for sevice.The guy was so friendly he placed me in a Lindsay loaner vehicle told me my vehicle will be taken to the body shop and that i will receive a phone call after a few days it was told to me that my vehicle was a total loss I can admit, I was upset after that but then after that I received a phone call from the service manager the next day stating he will help me find a replacement vehicle after speaking with my salesman that I was introduced to Richard he was so helpful in help finding me a car with no hassle or any pressure went over every detail on with the options I was looking for , showed me a few vehicles after pointing out the third vehicle that I just fell in love with,a 2009 cts, I can go on and on, but I just want to give a shout out to him and all the staff that was willing to help me out I definitely will recommend this dealership to all of my Cadillac owner friends More
