The sales experience is great with knowledgeable people providing a fair deal on terrific cars. And the crown jewel is the service department with Sammy Hood providing incredible customer service. From top to bottom, this is an organization that is focused on providing an exceptional ownership experience. We just purchased our 5th car from Carlton since moving to the area several years ago. Wonderful people, selling & servicing a great automobile. 2014 I went to look for a "used" Mercedes, Lexus, or BMW. The Lexus & BMW dealers "pointed" in the direction of their used cars. Carlton Mercedes greeted us at the door with a rose for my wife! Asked if they could help, and when i said i was looking for a used E class, they said "wait here", and they drove several up to the portachure! Wow, i was impressed. I decided several days late to purchase a new E-350 Sport. The price was competitive, the people are outstanding, and the service the last three years has been excellent. More
