Samir from Suburban Honda was excellent in trying to help us find a used Honda Pilot. He was friendly and helpful, without being pushy--the perfect demeanor for a positive sales experience. My parents and I came in over the weekend and Samir was quickly able to take car of us and get my mom a new car. He made it effortless and was able to handle all of our questions easily, making us feel ver quickly able to take car of us and get my mom a new car.
