Jon was amazing from the start. He was the first to welcome me into the dealership even though he was working with multiple customers. He showed me the vehicle I came in to see then He was the first to welcome me into the dealership even though he was working with multiple customers. He showed me the vehicle I came in to see then showed me two different models that met my family’s needs. Jon went above and beyond to get my vehicle appraised, broke down monthly payments and showed me the value of the vehicles with their benefits and features (in person and via YouTube). I’ve been to many Honda dealerships but never felt as valued as I did today. Suburban Honda of Farmington Hills has earned my business and it’s all thanks to Jon Quick. More

Jon is an absolutely rockstar. I called at a super short notice needing a vehicle and knew immediately what I wanted. He showed me the car right away and got to work fast on finding a price I was comfortable with. Once we agreed, he was awesome throughout the entire buying process and made sure I was comfortable with new vehicle. I cannot emphasize enough how nice of guy Jon was and how he worked to get me out the door with comfortable down payment + loan. I was in and out of there in 2 hours, walking away with a new car I’m obsessed. I will recommend Jon and Honda Suburban to anyone. Absolute classic act More

I am rating my experience with this. dealership as a two star experience. They received a star solely for contacting me back after initially enquiring about a vehicle. After which, they w dealership as a two star experience. They received a star solely for contacting me back after initially enquiring about a vehicle. After which, they were supposed to send me a couple of photos of the interior of the vehicle because it was a discrepancy between the photos posted, and the written information about the vehicle. After I pointed the discrepancy out, no one contacted me again or sent photos, despite me saying if everything lined up, I would like to start paperwork to purchase the vehicle. This lead me to believe that the photos posted, were not of the actual vehicle being sold. I am from another state, so there is no way for me to just quickly see the vehicle, and they knew this! Oh well, I'll shop else where! More
