This was the best experience I could have asked for, everyone was helpful, answered all my questions even when I asked the same question twice. Bill went above and beyond and showed me all the things th everyone was helpful, answered all my questions even when I asked the same question twice. Bill went above and beyond and showed me all the things the car could do and looked over it inside and out. I purchased a used RAV4 that was in excellent condition and Bill was very honest and showed me the small scratch on the front so I was well aware of any imperfections before sitting down to talk numbers. They asked what I needed and made it happen. Jordan, who I believe is the owner, came in and sat down asked me how everything was going, my opinions on my experience, and spent the time to make sure I was taken care of. The finance person, Samir, took time to show and explain to me the benefits of a warranty and let me choose what I felt was the right one so that my car is protected. I've been to other dealerships and felt pressured and pushed through the process, this was calm, informative, and helpful. I love my new (to me) car and feel really good about recommending this location to everyone. Call Bill!! More

No catch. No buts and no ifs! It is very frustrating that most of the car dealerships out there charge up to 15K mark ups. It seems opportunistic and greedy because people need to buy cars and there’s a car shortage due to microchip supply issue. Well, bless the hearts of the owners of Toyota Elk Grove and all the staff. That 5-15K mark up can be used for something very important. Special mention to Bill Gann. Super cool internet manager. He’s very efficient and thorough. He made sure all my questions are answered. What you should have said is....please call us right away and will print a new one and have it Fed-Ex over night to your residence so you may replace it right away to avoid any potential citations from law enforcement. 2. Never disrespect our elders! When we were helping our elder into the newly purchased vehicle your patience was very low with a piece of paper you forgot to have us sign. You could not wait and had to disrupt our assistance to our elder. So you brought the paperwork out to us to have it signed having little acknowledgment to our situation.
