Bob was great to work with. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in what we were looking for. He wasn't pushing us away from what we wanted. It was fast and easy to get our SUV. Steve and the service crew were awesome! I went back for my 2 1/2 month old oil change, checked in on Steve to see if he received his grapes for working with me to get the car I wanted/deserved (yes, he wi my 2 1/2 month old oil change, checked in on Steve to see if he received his grapes for working with me to get the car I wanted/deserved (yes, he will get you the car you as long as you CAN afford to bring him a bag of grapes) and they checked everything on my car! It didn't cost me more than $20 bucks and it still runs like a beauty! The service I got at Merchants was not only a friendly smile from Steve, (and some great conversations) but a team that is willing to work for YOU! Finally! A place that cares! Thank you EVERYONE at Merchants, still a HAPPY customer, (BTW I'll be back to buy the mercedes in the showroom...lol). Thank you STEVE!!!!! I truly do LOVE my car!!:-) More

I arrived at Merchants to look at possiblities of purchasing a used vehicle with the hopes that I would be able to work with them on a unique situation that has arrised from being taken advantage of purchasing a used vehicle with the hopes that I would be able to work with them on a unique situation that has arrised from being taken advantage of at MA dealer... Steve worked hard and diligently to get the vehicle I was looking for and trade in the vehicle I was upside down in... I got into a newer vehicle with lower miles and was able to get out a bad loan given by another dealer... I will defintly go back to Merchants Auto to work with Steve Dudley when I am looking to purchase another used vehicle.... He went above and beyond what any other Used Car Salesman has done for me at anytime throughout my life. Steve has compasion for his customers!!!! I want to thank you Steve for turning a bad situation into a happy one. I cannot Thank you enough..... More

Brian was extremely helpful in getting me into the kind of car I wanted and working with me with any problems that came up. He stayed in touch so I always knew what was going on. When there was an issue w of car I wanted and working with me with any problems that came up. He stayed in touch so I always knew what was going on. When there was an issue with the vehicle he took care of it immediately and it has been a month and so far I am very happy with my car. And I have told other people about Merchants. More

I have bought a used car every year for the past 11 years and spent at least 2,000$ a year in fixing it. This time I went to the dealership and decided to purchase something with a warranty, something newer and spent at least 2,000$ a year in fixing it. This time I went to the dealership and decided to purchase something with a warranty, something newer, good on gas and reliable. I purchased a 2006 model car with 83,000 miles. It had everything I wanted. When I test the drove, it had just arrived and had not had the full inspection yet. I liked the car so much that I bought it the same day, despite a few mechanical issues it had with it. I took delivery a week later and on my way home, I noticed a few cosmetic and mechanical issues. I took it to my local mechanic to get the mechanical issues checked out. I was told by my mechanic that the car needed new rear pads. Although they passed inspection, the brakes very very low. I emailed Alan Singer and addressed my concerns with the mechanical issues. Alan contacted the service department and I was asked to bring the car back in and get not only the mechanical, but the cosmetic issues addressed as well. The expediency of his request was up to par, probably one of the better dealerships I've dealt with. The issues were completely addressed and I am now very happy with the purchase. The sales team worked with me to get a good loan rate at my requested monthly payment. I purchased a warranty and have complete faith in the dealership's ability to honor it should any issues arise. More
