Went in for service the manager by the name of Ryan Velasquez was the guy taking care of me, over the phone he gave me a price and when I got their to drop off the vehicle he had another guy take care Velasquez was the guy taking care of me, over the phone he gave me a price and when I got their to drop off the vehicle he had another guy take care of me because he had messed up with the price, I go to Ryan's office blows me away and tells me to talk to another manager that he passed on my services to him very rude disrespectful one of the reasons why I am not going back and sad to say it's my 3rd truck that I buy the last one being a 2500 HD denali off the show room when it first got their. It sucks how u walk in to buy a vehicle and everybody is all over you but when something is wrong with the vehicle totally ignored. Very poor service on Ryan's behalf. More

The absolute best of the best service experience I have ever recieved. Ryan and Brian are the most exceptional consultants. BOUGHT A NEW BUICK ENCLAVE THROUGH AHMAD AT ROYAL BUICK. $45,000. THE BRACKET FOR THE LIFT ARM FOR THE BACK HATCH BROKE. THEY RECONNECTED IT LAST YEAR. IT LASTED 4 DAYS. Ethan was immediately impressive, obviously knowledgeable and a straight forward honest person. I honestly enjoyed the interaction and he made the whole experience quite pleasant.
