Very little stress and lots of cooperation and explanation of the purchasing process. Service Manager gave specific schedule for maintenance to receive the 30 year, 300K warranty. I would recommend Elder Mitsubishi to family and friends for their next new or previously driven vehicles. More

FANTASTIC SERVICE, AWESOME TEAM, BEST VEHICLE I was in need of a truck I visited a few other dealers, even one I had previously purchased a vehicle from, the welcoming and empathy was cold, but fr I was in need of a truck I visited a few other dealers, even one I had previously purchased a vehicle from, the welcoming and empathy was cold, but from the online experience at Elder Mittsubishi to the follow up phone call by Heather, to my Amazing sales girl Dasia and her team of associates they made what was turning out to be a nightmare A DREAM COME TRUE! They are everything they advertise and more My experience with Elder was awesome. I picked out a used car told them how much I needed my payment to be and they adjusted the price to fit my needs My experience with Elder was awesome. I picked out a used car told them how much I needed my payment to be and they adjusted the price to fit my needs. What impressed me was that they offered more than what they advertise. A free two year extended warranty was also included. The friendliness of the entire staff was amazing. Also absolutely no pressure. I will recommend them to my friends and will shop there again for my next vehicle. More
