After having my car die, we came in Bell Honda on Friday, October 8, at 615pm very interested in a Pilot. While the young, inexperienced salesperson was good, his sales manager was embarrassingly disrespectf October 8, at 615pm very interested in a Pilot. While the young, inexperienced salesperson was good, his sales manager was embarrassingly disrespectful to both the young salesperson and, even worse, my wife. His attitude and tone was beyond ridiculous and he cost his salesperson a $45k sale and any thought of our business. If your sales style is to embarrass and alienate potential buyers, you more than succeeded. More
