Has soon I pulled up I was greeted n with a friendly service team. Service Advisor Trish was awesome! Trish is my service advisor and i was very impressed with her confidence and product knowledge. She's a sweetheart and anybody would be lucky to have Trish is my service advisor and i was very impressed with her confidence and product knowledge. Very poor service I will never again go the Bell Honda to purchase or have service done to my Honda Civic. I made an appointment for a Zaktak application for Saturday, I will never again go the Bell Honda to purchase or have service done to my Honda Civic. I made an appointment for a Zaktak application for Saturday, October 21st. On their service website, the Zaktak application appointments are scheduled in 15 minute increments. I'm thinking about an hour at most to have it completed. I drove 35 minutes to the appointment, which I was right on time. Ms. Hernandez told me it will take 2.5 hours for a Zaktak application because "it's Saturday and we're busy". She did offer a ride. I explained to her the distance to my home. Needless to say, I drove home without having the scheduled service done. More
