My husband bought his vehicle from MB of Annapolis and I brought him to pick it up yesterday. I was so impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, customer service, and overall positive vibe, I returned brought him to pick it up yesterday. I was so impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, customer service, and overall positive vibe, I returned today to buy out my lease and purchase the MB certification. Julian goes above & beyond and reps MB as one would expect. My car was detailed after the inspection and cleaner today then when I left with it new from my previous dealership. I have been buying and servicing my previous MBs at a different location for the past several years. Despite Annapolis being twice as far, my husband & I agreed that all our future purchases and service will be at Annapolis MB. I can not make enough positive comments about Julian, but to summarize he is AWESOME! Allen made the purchasing portion seamless and a positive, stress free experience. He is also very knowledgable with tremendous experience & friendly. MB reputation proceeds itself, but the dealership and service center are what close the loop. I have already started referring friends! More

We've purchased four cars (both new and CPO certified-used) from Annapolis Mercedes-Benz in the past year (2022/2023). We are not hobnobbing with the one-percenters',and I'm sure that doesn't certified-used) from Annapolis Mercedes-Benz in the past year (2022/2023). We are not hobnobbing with the one-percenters',and I'm sure that doesn't matter to the professional staff of this marvelous dealership. However, the level of professionalism, openness, jovial demeanor of both our sales consultant (Mia Castle), and our finance manager (Allen Belcher) was phenomenal. I'd like to include that all interactions with any and all individuals (from receptionist, appraiser, management) at this dealership was completely comfortable and honest. More

Our experience with Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis has not been a pleasant one. We recently purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle that was not clean at all when it was time to drive it home. When we notif been a pleasant one. We recently purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle that was not clean at all when it was time to drive it home. When we notified the dealership, Rori Brown promised that we would be reimbursed if we paid to have the vehicle cleaned. More than a month later, Rori cannot provide an answer when the reimbursement will be received. This is after several previous discussions with Rori where he promised a quick resolution -- however, it was clear that he had just blown us off as he asked for us to provide the receipt "again" nearly a month after providing it to him. We also had an issue where the vehicle indicated that the service due at 20,000 miles was overdue. When I reached out to Rori to see if that service was completed at the dealership, his response was that Mercedes didn't have a service due at 20,000 miles, which is clearly false. We would not recommend working with Rori or purchasing a vehicle at this dealership if you are interested in receiving any semblance of customer service. Having a quality car is important, but it's also important that a dealer provide customer service after the sale has been made. Our experience is that you will not receive this from the Annapolis dealership. More
