Hi! My name is Roree Teal! I am from the small town of Canby OR. I live for the outdoors and sports. Basketball season, I am bound to be found at a game or yelling at my TV on the couch with family. My experience here at Wilsonville Subaru for almost 7 years now has been amazing. I've learned the true meaning of what a family really means outside of my own. The only glitch was our having to return to dealership to redo financing. They did save us some financing costs in the process. Fantastic customer experience, start to finish I had a fantastic experience at Wilsonville Subaru! I wasn't yet ready to buy when I first spoke with them, but there was never any pressure - they fo I had a fantastic experience at Wilsonville Subaru! I wasn't yet ready to buy when I first spoke with them, but there was never any pressure - they followed up when agreed, not hassling me with sales calls or emails, and I always knew my single point of contact for dealing with them. When I came in for a test drive, Holly was patient and helpful in talking through my options, accepted that I needed a bit more time, and kept in contact between appointments. She kept me updated on the delivery date of the car I was interested in, but never pressurized me into making a purchase decision until I was ready - she happily answered all my questions and I felt that it was important to her that I was happy with my choice. We were offered a slightly lower price at another dealership, but they just couldn't match the excellent customer experience at Wilsonville Subaru. Holly is the single biggest reason we returned to buy our car from Wilsonville. A new car is a big purchase, and I want to know the quality after-care is there as well. I feel that I can contact Wilsonville Subaru and Holly for any future questions or concerns and will be taken care of with the same friendliness, courtesy and care. More

We Received Excellent Customer Service on our Purchase! We have a Subaru dealership in the small town that we live in, but decided to trade in our old Subaru and purchase our new car from Wilsonville Subaru We have a Subaru dealership in the small town that we live in, but decided to trade in our old Subaru and purchase our new car from Wilsonville Subaru for several reasons. We were feeling a bit hounded from our local Subaru dealer. We did a test drive a few months back, and although they said that they wouldn’t be bothering us, my husband and I began receiving phone messages and emails several times a week from them. When my husband responded to one of the emails and asked for pricing on an Outback, they told him that they wouldn’t do that through email and we just needed to come in. My husband than emailed Wilsonville Subaru with the same question, and instantly received a response from Roree with a quote attached. When we popped in to Wilsonville Subaru on Saturday, we were greeted by Brian Young, introduced to Justin regarding our at the time possible trade in, and from there we worked with Brian the remainder of the time and it was smooth sailing. Brian was knowledgeable, extremely pleasant, and was able to answer all of our questions. We got the exact car that we wanted, we got the value that we expected for our trade in, and we’re Subaru drivers for life! We would definitely go back To Wilsonville Subaru rather than our local Subaru dealer, and we’d definitely ask to work with Brian again. It was a Great experience from start to finish, and we are incredibly satisfied with Wilsonville Subaru’s Customer Service, How accommodating they are and the all around atmosphere. We would Highly Recommend them to our friends or anyone looking to buy a Subaru! More

Service -> Sales I originally came in to service my '12 Legacy; the sales team called me the day before to ask if I'd be interested in meeting with a sales representat I originally came in to service my '12 Legacy; the sales team called me the day before to ask if I'd be interested in meeting with a sales representative. I wasn't super excited because I'd had a not-awesome experience back in December, but I hesitantly agreed. It was the best decision. I just absolutely cannot say enough positive things about Marcelo Nunes. He was so honest and positive; presented all the options; talked about my dream car as well as what the pricing options were. He covered everything, and as an analyst, I appreciate that so much! He talked about the pros and cons of leases, which is something I'd never before considered. When my credit came in higher than expected, he ran all the numbers all over again and he never tired of my questions or acted bored, and I never felt stupid. He answered everything and helped with the perfect amount of helpfulness. Every time I asked about a different kind of car or a car with different options, he pulled all the numbers in different tabs so I could compare everything. He didn't hesitate to reach out to other team members with questions. Finally, he was able to find me a blue '19 Outback with a moonroof and heated seats at a location a few miles away - then he went and brought it back for me. I left my negative equity car behind and drove away in a beautiful new car with payments that I could definitely afford - something I had never believed was possible. I recommend him very highly, and I will be asking for him specifically if I ever need a new car. More

Easy & Stress Free! Going into Subaru, my husband and I were excited to be purchasing a new vehicle, but dreading the process. Past experiences at other dealerships prove Going into Subaru, my husband and I were excited to be purchasing a new vehicle, but dreading the process. Past experiences at other dealerships proved as difficult and frustrating, but our experience at Subaru was the opposite. We first were in contact with Roree, who helped us with our initial inquires about the dealership, current specials, and determining what type of car would benefit us and be a good fit for our family. She then helped facilitate an appointment to come in a look at vehicles. Our salesman was Harrison, and he was AWESOME! He really listened and took into account our needs, what we were looking for, and what we did not want. He was not pushy, and had great patience, and was completely honest throughout the entire process. We had no intention of purchasing a vehicle the day we went, but working with Harrison was so easy, and we came across a great deal, so we drove off in our new Subaru Forester the same day! A big thank you to Harrison, and the entire Subaru Wilsonville team. If you are looking for great customer service, and an easy process for vehicle purchasing, go visit them. Oh, and the car is awesome, too! More

Never having owned one, we had a lot of questions, and the need to "sit in" the 3 models we were considering. They were Legacy, Crosstrek and Forester. This dealership has a very large inventory, making it easy to compare models and trim levels. At age 73, I have had a lot of dealership experiences. Many of those have really enraged me. Wilsonville Subaru is not typical in that sense - they take a modern approach - respecting the customers. James Salon worked with us all afternoon - answering all our questions, showing us features, and pointing out differences. All prices are clearly posted. James NEVER once acted like "a car salesman", rather more like a guide. No pressure, no tricks, no anxiety. Wonderful experience. With fixed discounted prices - no haggling! We bought a new car that met all our requirements - no more and no less. Everything from walking in to driving off was handled by James - no bouncing from one person to another. Great car, great dealership. More

Once I decided on my choice (2019 Forester Touring) and had test driven it, James sat me down to go over the options and paperwork. It's a lengthy process and I had several questions.... James was the soul of patience. He answered my questions thoroughly (some I admit more than once). I was initially skeptical of the claim of no pressure but it turned out to be true. James also went over the many features in the cabin at length before I left. When it was clear I was a bit overwhelmed he suggested I return another day to get a further tutorial on the bits and bobs. I am very much enjoying the car. It is clear that Subaru has thought of everything. It's a responsive, easy to handle car with every conceivable technological safety feature. With increasing traffic congestion safety and reliability are paramount. I would recommend Wilsonville Subaru in large part due to James's customer service. Also, the car is a beauty! More
