Our daughter arrived at Ferman after some very upsetting turn of events with a used car she had purchased for herself from another car lot just a month prior. She contacted us from the street and we helped navigate her to Ferman following some research. This was a pivotal decision as the Ferman team provided quick yet thorough assessment of that vehicle. Following a family discussion, we decided to trade in the vehicle and we were transferred to the Ferman Sales team where we were introduced to sales associate, Jerome Lennon. Jerome quickly assisted us with navigating the trade in car estimation and identifying a proper used vehicle for our daughter. Within a single day, this process was successfully navigated! Moreover, during the final walk thru of the vehicle, Jerome identified an issue which the dealership fully stood behind and remediated. Fantastic customer service, communication, and professionalism demonstrated end to end in our engagement.
