They could have taken care of this easily by getting us the 2nd key with a key fob. More

The condition of the car is mint inside and out and it runs like new. My sales person was friendly, not pushy and didn't talk too much during the test drive. They were flexible when an issue came up over signing paperwork, got me in and out really quick and for being such a large dealership I came away very happy with the experience which is not always the case when buying a used car. More

Ron was a great salesperson -- after asking me the right questions, he helped me determine which vehicle would be the best option for me to pu know. He was very patient -- I asked a lot of questions and he helped me from start to finish to make sure I made the right choice and to make sure I understood everything before I left with my new RAV. Stacey was also great to work with -- so knowledgeable and patient -- explaining everything to me very clearly -- the vehicle that I traded in was a 1999 Corolla -- it had been a long time since my last car purchase!!! For me this was a HUGE purchase and I am very happy with my RAV. A great team and a great dealership!!!!! More
