Very professional, friendly, comfortable atmosphere. The salesman was friendly. I felt no pressure to buy. Was able to sit in a comfortable atmosphere while waiting for the sale to be processed. Water, coffee, hot chocolate, cookies, and popcorn were available at no cost. I bought a car for $1,000. under Kelly Blue book and it has been a good car so far. I would buy a car from them again. He also got the new car to us in time to use it to take my elderly mother to a medical appointment. Our other vehicle is a pickup, and she can't get into it, so it was helpful to not have to rent a car for that day. And as always, the cookies were a plus! More

Excellent experience with Ron McAllister I bought my 2nd Toyota from Ron. He made sure the accessories I ordered came on time and were installed correctly. Good place to get a used car I had a good experience going to Rudy Luther Toyota for a 2nd time to check out and buy a used red Corolla. The sales guy I bought the car from that I had a good experience going to Rudy Luther Toyota for a 2nd time to check out and buy a used red Corolla. The sales guy I bought the car from that day was helpful, friendly and offered a fair price. I called the sales dept to see if the car was still for sale, and thankfully it was. It was also well taken care of and the sales guy let me take it out for a test drive and really get a feel for it. The finance guy explained everything clearly and was easy to work with. I was fortunate to have a good experience and a successful purchase. Even though I live in St. Cloud, MN, I would do business with Rudy Luther again. More

Ron is a great guy. His manager has poor customer service I'm not sure who the manager was but dif things we wanted for our car he was not helpful. We bought a ford flex and one simple thing...it was suppose I'm not sure who the manager was but dif things we wanted for our car he was not helpful. We bought a ford flex and one simple thing...it was suppose to come with a card that had the keyless entry code and they said their dealership can't get into the ford system to figure out the code so we had to call a ford dealership and they charge $45 to hook up our car to the computer and he wouldn't even reimburse us or help us find the factory code. HOWEVER sales guy Ron McAllister was much more helpful..he said his manager wouldn't work with us and so Ron said he would split the cost. It just seems like after spending so much on a vehicle that the cost would be minor to them. It seems like the manager would try for better customer service. Won't be back to him. More
