Great dealership. They have a good inventory of new and used cars, the sales people are low pressure and very knowledgeable, and they will try very hard to find the ex They have a good inventory of new and used cars, the sales people are low pressure and very knowledgeable, and they will try very hard to find the exact car you want. Pricing is fair and clear up-front. Their parts department is also easy to work with and is definitely the place to go for genuine OEM parts. Groove's service department is exceptional. From the time you pull your car into the bay, you have an assigned service advisor. Ron Baca has helped me a couple of times and goes way above the call to ensure that your car is properly serviced, working closely with Subaru of America on warranty issues. He is also very proactive in communicating status. Groove also has a great program where they'll pay for a Lyft ride to/from the dealership if you don't want to wait for service to be completed. They can also find an inexpensive rental car if needed. Overall I highly recommend this dealership for their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. More
