Romy and Saad were great to work with. They were helpful and encouraging without being pushy. He was so cheery and positive that I decided to give in to my reluctant urge to test drive a couple of cars. When I explained to Romy why I wasn't happy with the first car, Romy seemed to understand what I wanted and suggested one that was perfect. To make my experience more convenient, Romy brought both vehicles up to the show room so that I wouldn't have to walk all over the lot to see them. He and Saad were both very thoughtful and caring. My daughter is planning on returning in a few months to buy a truck and she will be working with Romy. More

Will never buy or refer anyone to Elk Grove. If if were not for the quality of product, I would not have bought. It was the aftercare that was terrible. Once the car was committed me and they cashed on o not for the quality of product, I would not have bought. It was the aftercare that was terrible. Jim was amazing to work with! I would highly recommend Jim. My husband & I were very specific in what we were looking for and Jim and his team searched relentlessly until they were able to obtain it! We were able to negotiate a deal in a timely manner as we have done in the past with him. Debbie in finance gave us a through explanation of options and the finance process. We have had excellent experiences both with the sales staff and the service department for many years now. More

The staff Jim, Romy, and Jerry were extremely helpful and patient during our buying experience.
