I scheduled an oil change on -line a few weeks in advance, for my 2017 Silverado. I took it in early that morning and dropped it off, leaving the keys in the drop box. I picked it up later that day. Everything went well, no issues. They have been doing the service on this truck since I bought it. More

My experience with Kade was terrible he was rude and unprofessional. I had to talk with Service Manager. The next day Roger had said he heard Kade the day before very unprofessional. An oil change a cha unprofessional. I had to talk with Service Manager. The next day Roger had said he heard Kade the day before very unprofessional. An oil change a changed light bulb and a new battery took almost 2 full days not sure why and nobody had answers. I would rate the overall service experience a 2 out of 5. More
