Disorganized overall, service reps were horrible to work with. Manager Austin stepped in to assist and at least he was professional to work with. Vehicle was in for recall and had to negotiate to avoid be with. Manager Austin stepped in to assist and at least he was professional to work with. Vehicle was in for recall and had to negotiate to avoid being charged because of the service department confusion. After all of the difficulties, at the end of the work being done there was extra hardware left in vehicle found throughout the car. Further found a bag of extra hardware in the glovebox. Can't explain why the technician was going through the glovebox at all. Disappointing experience, wouldn't trust there service reps or mechanics with my vehicle again. More
