I had brought my mom to this dealership to look into getting her a new lease. While there, I was impressed by the affordability of the cars, and way we were treated. When my car unexpectedly died, I decided to see what they could do for me. Mark Gennette heard my situation, and rather than feeling taken advantage of because he knew I needed a car, he tried to get me the best deal he could. He listened to the features I was looking for, the activities I do, and took my budget into consideration and found me the perfect car! Even the test drive was suited to my driving style! He drove me around town to my credit union and the shop where my car was to collect belongings, and couldn't have been friendlier. Since I was there most of the day, my phone died, and Ted was kind enough to lend me his charger. Rodney was great, and helped the numbers make sense to me. For a single woman to walk into a dealership and feel this comfortable says a lot about the caliber of people hired there. Thank you so much. Mark was a fantastic person to help me buy my very first car. He was friendly and enthusiastic, and above all patient. I was very nervous about being at a dealership for the first time, and concerned about car. He was friendly and enthusiastic, and above all patient. I was very nervous about being at a dealership for the first time, and concerned about being able to afford a car payment. He worked with the finance department and was able to get me a loan even though the car I purchased was only $6000. For many people this may not seem like much of a sum, but for someone's first car payment out of college, it was a big deal for me. I was very pleased with Mark. The service department even took the time to fix my sister's car (not a Subaru, not even purchased at this dealership!) when it was acting up. Mark even called a few times to check up on me and my dream car after the sale was made. Unfortunately, I did have a bit of an issue with Rodney in the finance department. Initially I was given an uneasy impression when, upon meeting him, he scolded Mark in front of me for something small like forgetting to give me the change of address sticker for my license. When the paper work started, Rodney made a few off-handed comments that made me feel badly that I could only afford a lesser priced car, and made me a bit concerned about the higher mileage. ("Your credit's okay but I'm surprised the bank even allowed you to finance for such a small amount" "(insurance option discussion)....because it has SO many miles on it." There were times that I was told to get out of the office while I made calls to the DMV and my insurance company because other people needed to be helped. (Understandable, but the delivery on such things should be said delicately.) In the end, Rodney came through and helped me with a complicated registration process with the DMV, for which I was very grateful. All in all, I just wish he was a bit more professional. Even though I couldn't finance a brand new car, I was still a customer and would have appreciated a more friendly experience. I have many friends who need to buy cars in the lower price range and would still recommend the dealership. Sometimes we all need a little reminder that even the little things we do and say at work affect the customer, something that Mark definitely understood, and which I appreciated very much. More

I'm from Western Massachusetts and I found this dealership on one of the internet sites. I spoke with Herman Winston and he immediately faxed and email me the Carfax Report which was clean. I drove down to the dealership and Herman was busy with other customers. So I met with Dan , who brought me to the vehicle and went through it with me. He was very knowledgeable with regard to the vehicle. He also had another customer so I met with Scott, who took me on a test drive. Although one might think that being shuffled between 3 salesmen would be annoying, I was happy to be given the information by the others while I was waiting for Herman as I had traveled an hour and the dealership was closing. I sat with Herman and we had to work out some issues on my trades as I was trading 2 vehicles but only had one with me. I told him if the deal was going to be done I only wanted to make one more trip. The deal was done because Herman worked his butt off to make it happen. Will gave me a fair price for my trade and Rodney got the paperwork done very quickly. I would highly recommend all of these people, especially Herman, who came out with a bucket and a brush and cleaned the wheels before we left because he wasn't satisfied with how they looked. Great buying experience! More

My boyfriend and I came all the way from Long Island, NY to trade in his 2003 Mach 1 Mustang for his dream car, a Subaru WRX. We were warmly welcomed by all the staff, specifically Barb Mullen. Not only did to trade in his 2003 Mach 1 Mustang for his dream car, a Subaru WRX. We were warmly welcomed by all the staff, specifically Barb Mullen. Not only did she go above and beyond for us when it came to welcoming us, but she was informative, attentive and a complete PLEASURE to speak to. Our test drive was amazing, Vinny actually got a feel for the car, instead of a 10 minute drive that dealers usually give. Barb took us out to show us what this car was made of, and to see she loved driving stick, made her even more loveable!. We spent a total of 6 to 7 hours at the dealer including negotiations on his trade and other things such as paperwork. Not one complaint when it came to the hospitality of every individual in that establishment, but above all Barb will always stand out in my mind. The rating of 5/5 on almost every possible choice is clear; we came on a mission to find Vinny his car, at an amazing price that was never offered back home. The customer service and every other aspect is truly remarkable, one in which I'm still telling everyone about when they ask about Vinnys new car! Although I was more upset then Vinny as we drove away, leaving his gorgeous mustang on the lot, I knew Barb was right when she said it was for new, fresh start. It is amazing to see how comfortable Vinny is at driving, he loves everything about it. I cannot thank Premier enough for this amazing experience in buying a car, I know we will never find anything like this back home, as well as Cheryl who emailed Vinny back and forth multiple times answering any and all questions about the WRX listed on the website, she is the soul reason we came all the way from Long Island. But most importantly, I deep and gracious thank Barbara Mullen for the amazing, caring, and truly out of this world customer service and hospitality. She should be commended for her work, as well as perfect directions to Dairy Queen, Vinny left with his dream car, and I left with a full belly of ice cream we do not have on the Island!! More

I would highly recommend dealing with Premier if you need a nice new or pre-owned car that is superior to many others I have looked at. This is my first experience buying at this dealership, I am a woman and went there alone. They treated me very well and spoke to me about what my needs were. Mark also had such a great up-beat personality and a great knowledge of the vehicles - he was able to answer any question we had with good informative detail. Then, Will Petrillo helped us value our trade in vehicle to a fair amount taking into consideration our certified pre-owned purchase. He really did a good job getting us to a payment we felt comfortable with. Lastly, Rodney Pomerleau was great in getting us all the paperwork signed and sealed in a quick fashion. He was very detailed in his description of everything signed and all the services we would have included in our purchase. Overall, great team at Premier Subaru in Branford and we would definitely recommend to any friends. Thanks! More
