I am writing about a recent experience I had with my 2022 (leased) Acura MDX. I have brought my car in several times for the same issue, the issue started in April of 2023. The front drivers side tire kept (leased) Acura MDX. I have brought my car in several times for the same issue, the issue started in April of 2023. The front drivers side tire kept losing air pressure. We would fill it up and if I drove more than 30min on the highway the pressure would go down quickly. I had brought my vehicle into Jackson Acura service in Roswell several times and every time they would tell me they dunked the tire and could not find anything wrong. They would fill it with air (charging me for a flat tire fix) and then the issue would happen again. On February 15, 2024, I brought it in again (4th time for same issue) I was told that they gave me a new tire and that all should be fine. April of 2024 the issue happened again. I was told by Cameron my Service Advisor that there was nothing they could do since the dunk tank did not show any issues. Needless to say, this was NOT an answer I was happy with. They are the experts and yet could not figure out the issue. After having a very contentious conversation with Cameron and him telling me I need to pay $300 for a new rim, which may or may not fix the issue. I requested to speak to the service manager, Rodney who was out to lunch at the time. Cameron said he spoke with Rodney and was told to replace the entire wheel assembly, rim and tire but that if the issue happened again, it would be "on me" and I would have to pay. Needless to say, this did not sit well with me, and I left in tears of frustration. Rodney did call me back and was very nice and professional. He told me to bring my car back and they would replace the entire assembly, rim and tire. Brought my vehicle in this morning and low and behold once they took everything apart, they found that the internal valve stem where it meets the air pressure monitor was separating, which was causing the issue ALL ALONG, which leads me to believe I never received a new tire in February as I was told. Rodney did the right thing, and I was happy with Rodney, but I have lost faith and trust in Jackson Acura Service. My lease is up in November 2024, and I planned to get another Acura from Jackson Acura but now I think I will be looking into other dealerships/manufacturers. More

1st service appt. on new Acura RDX required tire rotation. Told 3 times by service advisor that tires were definitely rotated. I proved tires were not rotated due to s on new Acura RDX required tire rotation. Told 3 times by service advisor that tires were definitely rotated. I proved tires were not rotated due to scratch on tire rim. Service Manager's responses: "Unfortunately, the service advisor has no idea that the service was not completed until it is pointed out by a client which is too late" and "it is the responsibility of the client to point out what was not done by your service department". I assumed everything stated in writing on the service order would be done! Dishonest and shocking business practice! How will you confirm your tires were rotated and the correct services were completed? I am very disappointed! Wonderful sales experience! Poor Service Delivery! More
