Every time, the experience has exceeded my expectations. Robin Rollins and Brian Paben make the sales experience simple and painless. Both are extremely knowledgeable and their customer focus is top notch. Pricing is fair and of course, Mercedes vehicles are awesome. Heather truly makes you feel like family, as do Brian and Robin. Best dealership I’ve dealt with in over 50 years of car buying. Service is always first-rate and Sammy Hood treats his customers right. More

Not trustworthy Very poor communication. If you ask 5 questions, you might get one vague answer back on the least important item, the other questions are ignored. No Very poor communication. Not knowledgeable about the vehicle for sale. Not trustworthy- they do not follow through. Generally, they don't seem interested in the customer- their interactions are impersonal. I think this is a sales trick to try to get you to beg for their attention. Good luck. More
