I have been in the car business all my life. Started out in the family business in 1974. I moved into the new car business around the Lehigh Valley since 1992. I finally landed back at a family business here at Daniels MINI of Allentown. I have lived in the Allentown area since 1991. I am a car enthusiast. MINI cars are very fun! That is why I am a MINI Advisor. I recently leased a 2017 MINI Clubman and love it! Now I'm truly part of the MINI Family.

This dealership is filled with friendly sales people & helpful service advisors. I like that the service advisors provide you with a full report of what was done & any recommended service, along with the level of importance of that service. Customer appreciation is clear with special events & the level of quality service. More

Robin was great The check engine light on my 2011 MINI Cooper S came on during my commute in to work on Weds. I called MINI of Allentown and they were able to get m The check engine light on my 2011 MINI Cooper S came on during my commute in to work on Weds. I called MINI of Allentown and they were able to get me in the very next day. I took my car in and I talked with Robin who I explained what the issue was and he said they'd get right on it. Not too long after, Robin came to me over in the waiting room to tell me they hadn't found anything (just a mis-fire code) but they had checked various things (wires, plugs, coil, cylinder compression, etc) and found all was good. He did state that I might want to look at the rear bushings sometime in the future. Since my car is due for inspection in Feb, I set up an appointment early next year to get both done! The staff at MINI of Allentown are all great! More

No games, no runn Let's begin with Lauren--our sales advisor. Lauren is one of the reasons that dealing with MOA is not an overly stressful situation. No games, no running back and forth with the sales manager, no long, exhausting delays as they confer with each other behind closed doors--you know what that process is like. You will not go through the stress at MOA. What you'll experience is Lauren, always optimistic, always with a smile and the sense she is working with you. Five Minister later--three new and two used--and we still feel the same way. Lauren wants her customers happy with their purchase before, during and after. She is still there for you after the purchase and that too is a rarity. MINI/BMWs are phenomenal vehicles to own (yes we have purchased two BMW from Daniels in the past) and this is a dealership where you feel like family. Visit MOA and Lauren and you'll experience exactly what I have described--and enjoy the experience! More

Best customer service! My expecting wife and I had the pleasure and honor to meet Robin Cox. From the minute we walked through the service center doors to when we dropped of My expecting wife and I had the pleasure and honor to meet Robin Cox. From the minute we walked through the service center doors to when we dropped off our loaner car, he kept us informed and up to date with everything that was being done. We went in for routine maintenance and he informed us of a possible issue. Long story short he took amazing care of us and exceeded our expectations. After everything was said and done we dropped off our car 3 minutes after closing(bad traffic). After apologizing for being a few minutes late, the woman behind the counter greeted me with disgust, no empathy and what can only be described as really poor manners. She somehow contacted Robin perhaps informing him that we attempted to drop off the loaner and he made it his mission to ensure that we got our car back with car seat back. I look forward to going back to Mini of Allentown for Robin, too bad we can't say the same about the woman behind the counter. More

Like visiting family Always respectful, helpful, and friendly. Lauren, Luis, Robin, the best! Everyone there at Daniels BMW too.
