I have been in the car business all my life. Started out in the family business in 1974. I moved into the new car business around the Lehigh Valley since 1992. I finally landed back at a family business here at Daniels MINI of Allentown. I have lived in the Allentown area since 1991. I am a car enthusiast. MINI cars are very fun! That is why I am a MINI Advisor. I recently leased a 2017 MINI Clubman and love it! Now I'm truly part of the MINI Family.

Out of warrantee, but they still care !!! I had my wife's 2012 Countryman in for service and Robin and Luis are the best. Our car is out of warrantee and we had a unique intermittent problem that took some expertise to decipher. First they had one of their mechanics ride with me to experience the problem. Although it would not present when we went on the test drive, they investigated the computer, and would not return the car until it was completed. Never once did I think that they were going to perform something that was not needed to correct the problem. These guys know MINI, period. And they did not forget who the customer was. They are the best service department !! Lauren is our sales person who sold us the car in 2012, she is a delight. She will always go out of her way to see how my Mini Motoring experience is. Excellence I just had my car inspected and an oil change. Robin called to give me a price and also asked when I would like to pick up my car. Repair and Service Brought my MINI in for tailgate module testing with data being forwarded to the BMW home office. Once data was sent a new tailgate module would be installed. After the module was replaced the car was sent to the body shop for repair . All of the service and repair was handled with the utmost professionalism and I am well pleased with the results. I want to thank Anna from the BMW Regional Office for listening to what happened and taking care of the issue with courtesy and respect. I would also like to thank Robin Cox, my Service Advisor, for handling the car from start to finish; the end results were beyond my expectations. Also, thanks to Lauren Leabman and Keith Rentschler for selling me this great car; I've put 9000+ miles on this car since mid-September and it performed beautifully. More
