I really do love this dealership, I have been bringing my 2014 Forester here for years. They have always gone above/beyond when an issue was raised (issues with the oil consumption and engine replacement, t 2014 Forester here for years. They have always gone above/beyond when an issue was raised (issues with the oil consumption and engine replacement, they took care of, was not their issue originally) The problem I have is not with anyone at the dealership/service area, it is with the cost of a clutch replacement. I cannot find anywhere online or with local mechanics that matches the price I was charged. I love bringing my car to the dealership its comfy, clean, there are workstations, and snacks. I always get a beautiful loaner when they keep it overnight. But the prices... More

Really friendly and helpful service staff. It was a great experience overall. Roberto and Jen were wonderful. Everything was explained in detail as to what repairs were required and what had to be done. I felt appreciated as a customer. Thank you for having such wonderful and considerate associates. I truly felt at ease knowing that my car and my experience were in great hands. From the time that I entered the building and throughout the entire process of getting the report of what had been done, what needed to be done and receiving loaner car to returning after the repairs had been completed, it was close to the best service experience that I have ever had! More
