I’ve worked with Ian M We all know the cars are great - the latest purchase a 2019 530e is our fifth BMW. What makes OTTO’S different is the people. I’ve worked with Ian Martin on 2 vehicle purchases this year. Like I always tell him, he makes it easy and painless. We usually trade a few emails before agreeing on terms. The delivery experience has always been a pleasure. This time around, it was enhanced by Rob Madden - the BMW genius who knew every nook and cranny and saved me some owner’s manual reading time. Yes, I’m that guy. Need to know every little thing - and the 2019s have a lot of little things to discover that Rob knew inside out. We’ve always serviced our cars at Otto’s as well. The service advisors are equally excellent at what they do. More
