Hello, My name is Robert Kirkwood. I am originally from Chicago, Il. I have my bachelors in Business Management and associates in Accounting. My favorite car is Lexus. I have been in the Business going on two years. I have a storied background in customer service, managing hotels for 10 plus years. Few years working directly with a President Secret Service team. On thing that sets me apart from other is I want each every customer to remember me and the amazing experience they had while in my company at the dealership. I had not bought a car in several years so I kept expecting the traditional dealership experience but it was the opposite. They picked me up, I was in and out of the dealership in 10 minutes. Couldn’t have been easier! I had such a wonderful experience at Certified Benz and Beemer! I went in to look at a few cars and see what they could do for me seeing as my credit I had such a wonderful experience at Certified Benz and Beemer! I went in to look at a few cars and see what they could do for me seeing as my credit is not wonderful. Robert was extremely helpful and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. He didn’t pressure me at all and I do appreciate that. Sometimes dealerships can be a long terrible experience but Robert made it so easy and enjoyable. I will definitely purchase here again!!
