Hello, My name is Robert Kirkwood. I am originally from Chicago, Il. I have my bachelors in Business Management and associates in Accounting. My favorite car is Lexus. I have been in the Business going on two years. I have a storied background in customer service, managing hotels for 10 plus years. Few years working directly with a President Secret Service team. On thing that sets me apart from other is I want each every customer to remember me and the amazing experience they had while in my company at the dealership. We didn't end up purchasing as the car wasn't exactly what we wanted, but Robert was very helpful and easy to work with! He worked hard trying to hunt down exactly what we were looking for. Robert Kirkwood’s customer service was immeasurable during the entire process. He was very timely responding to emails while we were searching and asking questions about the vehicle I purchased. Robert went above and beyond in addition to his sales manager Dennis who coordinated getting the vehicle to be inspected. Their efforts combined were greatly appreciated and help expedite the sale process. Robert has received numerous awards and his customer service for our experience should put another plaque on his wall . During the signing process Robert was very organized and his sales manager Dennis worked hard to get the approvals ready for final sale.
