Recently purchased a CPO CX-9 from Werner. I am a few hours away from their dealership so I negotiated the purchase price and trade in price with Rob Hering over email and text. When I arrived I am a few hours away from their dealership so I negotiated the purchase price and trade in price with Rob Hering over email and text. When I arrived to test drive the car there were no surprises. Car was as pictured and described and we closed on it quickly with no issues at the previously agreed upon price. Rob was excellent at no pressure selling - though Mazda dealership didn’t give me lease price I was looking for initially but got what I was looking for (which is really matching what Mazda had on their we dealership didn’t give me lease price I was looking for initially but got what I was looking for (which is really matching what Mazda had on their website) within the 24 hours.
