Good experience here THE SECOND TIME after I left and then they came back to me with an offer worth taking. My first visit I worked with Tucker and he was pretty sad to negotiate with...basically didn't then they came back to me with an offer worth taking. My first visit I worked with Tucker and he was pretty sad to negotiate with...basically didn't think I was going to buy a car and put in zero effort (wasted my time). When I returned to the dealership the next day I worked with Rob Herring and albeit the process was pretty slow because he was juggling many customers I do feel like he was one of the best sales reps. there and I would buy with him again. Had to knock a star off of the review for him and Werner because they failed to fill the car's gas tank and I didn't notice until I drove off the lot. I then asked if they would compensate for the tank and Eric Warner personally refused this after a long back and forth. Kinda sad when you are purchasing a >30k car and the dealership can't even fill your gas tank before you drive it off the lot or give you a simple check for $30 after the fact. More

Only the price was good, customer service was very BAD/POOR. 1. New car had too many scratches, the Manager was telling me - he couldn't find any and keeps arguing with me. I was so fed up with these BAD/POOR. 1. New car had too many scratches, the Manager was telling me - he couldn't find any and keeps arguing with me. I was so fed up with these guys, I ended up returning the cargo cover I just bought from them and left the location. 2. The car was dirty during the time of pick up, the sales guy also confirmed the dirt on the car and was blaming the wind/ pollen. I had to wait another hour or so to get the car detailed again. 3. I had to drive a rental 70 miles to pick my new car. The dealership neither offered a shuttle nor offer to pick me, even though it was 5-minute ride, I had to rent to taxi to get to the dealership from the rental location. 4. I had clearly taken an appointment to pick the car, the car wasn't clean, and gas wasn't filled up. Instead of being a 30 to 45 minute, I spent the whole morning at the dealership. More
