Let me start by saying at the beginning this dealership was awesome they sold me a car with no problems and then became the time to buy a second vehicle that was not that simple my current situation is tha was awesome they sold me a car with no problems and then became the time to buy a second vehicle that was not that simple my current situation is that my credit is not the greatest and I know that but when I went back to buy the car I wanted they said it can’t be done and then they tried to sell me a used vehicle to be honest I was not very happy about that like every dealership they gave me the guilt trip how this is the best thing for my situation still I was not interested but after insisting I thought about it come to find out that the cars price went almost 5k more than the original price due to taxes and some other fees I then went to another dealership and got the car I wanted and a better price I left a message to General manager about my experience and come to find out I get a call from them telling me how they are loosing money on my deal and that they should not have not even offered that car to me I ended up ending the call because I felt mo reason to continue wasting time as much as I did .. Moral of the story for me is learn to say NO and lean to walk away and save yourself the drama and stress life is to short . After I post this guaranteed I am going to get either a nasty call or a nasty response with a guilt trip .. More

Great evening, I had the pleasure of working with Robert Dean. Robert was simply phenomenal! Such exceptional customer service! I had an amazing time. The restroom was superb in cleanliness. I started my adventure at approximately 2:00pm, it ended at approximately 4:55pm. I state that, to state that I was the only customer Robert was assisting at that time. I was not rushed what so ever. Robert even discussed my situation with Management to figure out the best recommendation for me. Because of the service and unbeatable deal I was given, I took the option I was given.
