They were the best of all the dealerships I went to. The price was exactly as posted no hidden costs. They went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle I wanted, and at the right payments. The dealership does not have sales men, so I never felt they were trying to take advantage of me like at a previous dealership. The financial manager was also a veteran and made me feel respected and comfortable. The vehicle was so clean, and I can tell they did an excellent thorough cleaning detailing of it. The dealership building was clean, and felt comfortable. It smelled amazing in there. Matt was efficient and thorough and seemed like he enjoyed his job, if I would buy again from them and recommend them 100% to anyone who wants a true car buying experience without the hustle and pressure. Great evening, I had the pleasure of working with Robert Dean. Robert was simply phenomenal! Such exceptional customer service! I had an amazing time. The restroom was superb in cleanliness. I started my adventure at approximately 2:00pm, it ended at approximately 4:55pm. I state that, to state that I was the only customer Robert was assisting at that time. I was not rushed what so ever. Robert even discussed my situation with Management to figure out the best recommendation for me. Because of the service and unbeatable deal I was given, I took the option I was given.
