I hadn’t even made it to the coffee pot before being asked about trading up to a new vehicle. 🤦🏼??? I can’t even count how many times I was asked about purchasing a new vehicle in the time it took to change the oil, rotate the tires and update two open computer recalls. That type of “high sell” environment is uncomfortable and stressful to service customers. My service advisor was helpful and kept me updated. When my truck service was complete, I couldn’t find it in the parking lot. It had been parked amongst the trucks in the used vehicle lot. I’m handicapped, so that was quite inconvenient. I was also very disappointed to see that once again my truck hadn’t been washed when serviced. I believe in taking my vehicle to the dealer for service, and I drive past two other Toyota dealers to get to Beaver with my truck. I’m questioning my decision now, as I most certainly was not “wowed.” More

Bad Repairs I just had my truck repaired here and I must say it was the worst experience I have ever had. I have been here several time and never treated this bad I just had my truck repaired here and I must say it was the worst experience I have ever had. I have been here several time and never treated this bad. Not only was the problem not fixed but when I got it back it had additions problems, however when I picked it up I was told everything was fixed and OK, I couldn't drive it home, I had to turn around and bring it back. The service tech said they would look it and let me know. Received a call the next morning and was told they did nothing wrong and my transmission was bad and needed to be replaced. I picked it up and took it to another shop and repairs were done to fix the wires they hooked up wrong and now it is fixed, no problem with transmission, runs great. I tried to contact Nick who is head of the service dept but no response. Their mechanic even said the transmission oil was black and burnt but when the other shop showed it to me it was still pink in color. I will never bring another vehicle here or but another vehicle from here not would I recommend them to anyone else again. If I could give them a negative star rating I would. Beaver Toyota is upfront, honest, and delivers above and beyond what's expected 🤝. I drive out of my way 🛣? (over 30 minutes) to take my vehicles to them (even non Toyota vehicles) because that's how much I trust them! Thank you for wowing me! 👍 More
