Robert L. Cotney provided excellent service. Good, quick communicator. He coordinated the serve of both MY TACOMA AND 4 RUNNER Tech also found a serpentine bel Cotney provided excellent service. Much appreciated since I has headed over to panhandle to visit family. Robert's service was 5.0 across the board. My issue was/is with Management and transparency of parts pricing. After comparing parts prices on Toyota Nation and 3 local dealers ( Daytona and Jacksonville) it is clear that Beaver Toyota charges ~20-25% above MSRP while the other 3 Dealers ~10-15% below MSRP for the same OEM part listed on Toyota Nation. I verified this by review parts charged during service from 2019 forward. When I provided Robert with my info he had the charges reduced to MSRP which I appreciate but still doesn't explain managements decision to charge 20-25% above MSRP. At least on new cars prices Beaver is clear on markup above MSRP and added Dealer cost. Parts markup 20-25% above MSRP is hidden. Other local dealrer deal with the same supply chair and inflation issues but are below MSRP. I guess we have to pay for the WOW factor, More

Service is easy at Beaver. Robert is always helpful and friendly. I came in for tires this time. We had a discussion about which tire would be best. Mount, balance and alignment. Safety first. It just took a few hours to do the work. Coffee and tv available. Nice bright waiting area. Tammy checks on you, just another friendly touch. I had just returned from a trip, my car was fuilthy. Beaver washed my car, what a treat. More

On June 28th. Beaver Toyota serviced my car or so I think. I had wipers,filters, battery all replaced. Oil and filter. Tires supposedly replaced I thought.i am dis Beaver Toyota serviced my car or so I think. I had wipers,filters, battery all replaced. Oil and filter. Tires supposedly replaced I thought.i am disabled and they have serviced since I bought it..I was driving in backwoods GA. Started pouring rain. A wiper blade flew out from under my hood. I pulled over. Shut down to get it. Got back in my battery that I thought i bought was dead. Opened hood. Original battery still in. I trusted them with not only my life, but my dad who I take to chemo and 80 year old mother in law I drive to doctors. This is so not right. I spent almost 409 dollars. Did they even service my car. Someone has to be hel accountable. What else are you doing to other people. My car will not be back to Beaver Toyota in St. Augustine. Better hope my filters look new. Not a happy person right now..
