The staff is very friendly and efficient, but I would like to pay tribute to the salesman, Robert "Biff" Fenerty. He is the main reason I returned to this dealership. He is the exact opposite of what one expects a car salesman to be. He is very informative and knowledgeable about the vehicle you are interested in purchasing without putting pressure on you to make an instant sale. He had all the paperwork ready the next day when we came to pick up the vehicle. I enjoyed working with him and would recommend him to any of my friends and family. I think he is a great asset to Boch Honda in Norwood. More
