The first time that I came in to look at used cars, the front desk called Ian and he came with papers in hand ready to sell an used car to me. Ian was really friendly all the way through even if things wen front desk called Ian and he came with papers in hand ready to sell an used car to me. Ian was really friendly all the way through even if things went wrong with other customers that he was helping. He asked me what kind of a car I was looking for and he went through his papers to look for a car that would suit my needs and never did he look for anything that wouldn't suit my needs. I only met with Rob just a couple of times but each time he was really friendly and did his best in any way that he could. The same goes for Jona, he was very helpful in his way and answered all my questions in the best way he could. The only thing that could have been better is the fact that Rob the fleet manager gave me a piece of paper with on it a description of how they could finance it but when I went to Jona the finance manager, the banks didn't want to finance a 2006 through the dealer as they only want to finance 2008's and newer. More

Great team work! I came in to have a tire fixed on my Torrent and ended up leaving with a beautiful 2011 Traverse! I always find the best decisions are made spur of the moment! I purchased a new 2011 Sierra and the experience was excellent. The finance person, Tony, was a pleasure to deal with and not "pushy, but explained the advantages of financing.
