Customer has to source parts ? This review was initially written 6months ago I am going to start off by saying that this review isn't for me. It's for my dad as he is too proud This review was initially written 6months ago I am going to start off by saying that this review isn't for me. It's for my dad as he is too proud to do it himself. My dad bought a truck from Northstar just over a year ago with a Tonneau cover. The locking mechanism on the cover stopped functioning correctly, and my dad has been attempting to have the service department take a look at it, but there has been little to NO response. Now that I am looking for a truck I am very hesitant in looking at anything in their lot if this is how things are handled. Update on this as of November 8th, 2018 My father went back to get this dealt with a while again at least a few months. The service manager and parts people took pictures, and my father expected some action to be taken place in after this. Then Informing him that Ford had cut ties with the company that makes the tonneau cover. So there is no access to parts. We went to a small outfit today (11/8/18) to just see if there was a fix. Surprise Suprise the small retailer had the part just laying around? A large dealer such as Northstar is unable to get a minor part but a small retailer can? The customer should not be responsible for sourcing parts REGARDLESS of whether or not the company has ties or not. More

At times she has been the single shining light in an otherwise murky experience of owning a Fiesta ST. This car had problems. And I’m a picky xxxxx. But, when the car is new, any problem is going to stink that much more. With the help of Cassandra, and Rob, I believe that after several attempts to fix the many things wrong with this car, they finally got it taken care of. Just in time for me to sell it. More

Good service as always. All was okay except that I had to pay to have my tries balanced and I never had to do this on top of my prepaid coverage from when I bought the car. I was not aware that the detail cleaning of my car was a cost especially $100.00. This took me off guard and was very unexpected. I became very upset as it was not believed or understood why I did not know this. So this cost on top of the balancing of tires and not knowing this cost was very upsetting for me. I have had to endure lots of expenses moving to BC and moving back to AB as I could not find work. However I agreed to pay 1/2 the cost and this was arranged. I sincerely apologized to the man I yelled at. This is not my nature and it occurred as an outcome from a build up of financial stressors. The manager listened to me and explained my whole bill to me. Then I felt heard and validated regarding this whole situation. Thank you again. With Gratitude, Judith M. Snell More

Clayton, Nathan, and Rob are all professional and respond to questions & concerns quickly and efficiently. Maureen and George in the body shop were excellent. Too bad the body shop has closed. It was really convenient having them on-site. I highly recommend this location. More
